Scott W. Clymo is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over three decades of leadership in finance, business development, and innovative technology.
His career began in the automotive sector as a Finance Manager at age 22, then a Finance Director at the young age of 25 where he oversaw operations for 16 new car franchises, optimizing profitability and streamlining budgeting processes.
He then advanced to an executive role at Snappy Car Rental in his late 20’s where he oversaw 249 general managers across 38 states and established a pioneering financing division that drove substantial company growth, leading to its acquisition by Thrifty Car Rental and Chrysler Corporation.
After the acquisition he became Chief Operating Officer of Automotive Management Consultants, where he collaborated with the top 4 publicly traded dealership groups, executing 50 acquisitions and startups while turning around 29 new car dealerships, demonstrating his expertise in identifying value and delivering strategic results.
He became a successful motivational speaker and secured equity in 8 new car dealerships and had a successful used car start-up and exit.
In 2006, Clymo founded World Merchant Services, a credit card processing company that gained strong market traction and culminated in a successful exit in 2012. Building on this, he launched U.S. Business Lending and EZ Biz Brands, scaling operations to 364 sales offices nationwide over a decade.
In 2025, Mr. Clymo unified all his ventures under Speedy Holdings Group, Corp. (for franchising), where he serves as Chairman and CEO. This entity integrates nine diverse revenue streams—including merchant services, business funding, credit restoration, real estate and others—into a cohesive platform designed for franchising and multi-faceted growth.
Clymo’s key innovation is the Financial Protection Services (FPS) platform he invented and has patented. FPS is a B2B SaaS solution that eliminates 100% of chargebacks and overdraft fees for payment processors and helps merchants significantly in the multi-trillion-dollar electronic payments industry.
